Our pantry and lower drawer on our new 2022 Interstate 19 were flying open practically every time we turned a corner! These heavier gauge replacement latches were a cinch to install, and solved the issue 100%. Shouldn’t have been necessary in the first place, but glad to have an easy fix.

The standard black plastic door and cabinet latch does break occasionally. It is a good idea to keep an extra on hand when traveling, as a loose door leads to lots of other problems. The latch is easy to install, takes a bit of lining up, and holds fast when properly adjusted. Helpful for Airstream Life Store to have them to order.

These latches work OK, but don't always hold the drawers shut when driving. I would like to see an improved, stronger latch design. I added very strong magnets to the galley drawers; those hold them closed firmly. I also added traditional drawer pulls to make it easier to open the drawers. Interstate 24X.

Tip on how to reset the latch was great. Solved the problem on two drawers. I would highly recommend airstream owners to purchase from this site. There tips are great.

The nightstand latch on our 2020 Flying Cloud 26’ Airstream gave out! No thanks to NY roads ( no offense). Just some really bumpy, but beautiful areas around the Finger Lakes. Easy order, easy fix!
We ordered extra, expect the same eventually, for other not so perfect roads.

Bought these latches as spares. They look identical to Airstream original equipment. I may add them as a second latch if I experience any issues with drawers opening while in transit. A fairly inexpensive part to have ready in case one breaks in the Airstream.

Draws kept opening while we were driving. Swapped out the latch for this new one. Works like a champ. I only switched the "receiver" side, not the draw side
