It mounts to the wall well. I dont know how it works as I havent had a need to extinguish fire.
Barbara T.
Takes very little room and weighs less than a traditional fire extinguisher. It also lasts longer! Win-Win-Win!

The Element fire extinguisher is very compact making it an easy item to store where you can best get to it in case it's ever needed. I've added these to our home and RV.

Little on the spendy side, however when you look at the spray duration and the fact that it never expires, you just can’t go wrong.
Sheldon C.
Hope I never have to use it!

Have been waiting to buy the Essential Fire suppressors/extinguishers. Bought 3 units: home kitchen, Airstream galley, tow vehicle-Silverado 2500 HD Diesel. Of course, and thankfully, none of them has been used. Like the small space required, the wide types of fires they can be used upon, the lack of expiration date, the relatively long application duration, the ease of use. Can't think of any negatives.

Hard to review a product one hopes never to use. Looks slick, mounts easy. Slim enough to have one by the door, one in the bedroom and one in the truck. If I ever DO need you use it I’ll update my review.

It's easy to put off dealing with safety issues you're not likely to face, until you do. These fire extinguishers are a comforting addition to my trailer and home woodstove. I like the ease and immediacy of use, the no-mess feature and the efficacy on any kind of fire. i have two of the smaller size.
Jerry P.
Great safety tool for camping and to have in vehicles. Are light weight, easy to store, and no need to recharge. Purchased for our trailer, home, and vehicles.

Easy to install or conveniently store. Very compact. Hopefully I will never have to deploy it.

I have not had the situation to use the product which I'm happy to report. I do understand and trained the family on how to use "The Element", fire extinguisher. It doesn't take up much space and it looks cool!
Michael J.
Great product. Small in stature, large in performance. Bought 2, one for my 27’ and one for my 77 Argosy.
Jim F.
These are great extinguishers. I hope to never have to use it. I have one mounted at the front and one mounted at the back of our Airstream…just in case. I also keep one in my truck.
Bobby C.
Provides a measure of confidence in that it never expires. Compact, simple to use and easy to mount in a location that can be accessed when under stress.
Charles O W.
Hopefully I’ll never need them. But, I did buy 2 just in case!

Great item and price

Sitting. Awaiting fire to use.

Although I haven't used any of the Element fire extinguisher sticks (and hope never to have to), I bought four of them-- one for each car, one for the trailer, and one for the kitchen in the house. I am pleased by the thought that they last a lot longer than regular fire extinguishers, do not expire, never need replacement.

These are the perfect size for our Globetrotter. We mounted one in the bedroom and one in the entry. We also put one in our kitchen at home.

I went up to 25' Flying Cloud, I bought second one for the Bedroom. First one at front door.

Though I have yet to actually use one of these extinguishers, I prefer it over the standard canister type extinguisher. The idea of relying on a pressured contained with a specific powder inside to work when needed always worries me. These solid format replacements offer me much more security and peace of mind.
Samuel H.
Hopefully we never have to use but it gives us assurance.

Compact and easy to use

Naturally, we hope we never need to test it but the small convenient size and the fact that it will work if the time comes we need it, makes us thrilled to have one. And in fact, more than one seems like a good plan. We have one by the bed to help us create a path to the door. Now we need one by the door, and a couple in the stick-and-bricks!
Gary M.
I bought it for the compact design and improved discharge time, for my RV. After seeing one, I bought it for my house, garage, and pickup. I have it nicely mounted on the wall on 3 floors, of my house. Instead of tucked away in a cabinet, where it is hard to find in an emergency. Hope I never have to use it!

This is our second one. Fortunately, we have not needed to use it. I say 2nd because, we felt we wanted to have access to an extinguisher on either side of the stove. The original extinguisher has been relegated to the TV and eventually will be replaced. They are easy to mount and appear to be easy to use.

I was going to buy a large number of fire extinguishers for the truck and trailer. These smaller devices are a game changer. I placed two in the trailer and two in the truck - where they are easily accessible. They are small and compact and a big game changer when you don't have alot of space to store items - like a large fire extinguisher.

I have a 2016 Flying Cloud with the original fire extinguisher. After watching the video on this product I bought it. Glad to know is lasts longer in putting out a fire and never expires. One less thing to be concerned about. A nice addition to the Airstream.
Lewis F.
We now own 4 Elements. Two in the Airstream (one by the front door, one in the bedroom), one at our home in the kitchen and one in our truck. Great peace of mind.
David C.
Small and easy to store, no white powder mess, works well on video example. Have one for trailer and truck.
Ron I.
Small, light and compact. Hopefully, I’ll never need to use it.
Reynold L.
Difficult to write since it is a fire extinsher? Don’t need it until you Need it!
Richard T.
I haven't had to use this item yet, but the compact size and light weight will make this easy to carry anywhere. The orders from Airstreamlife were accurate and prompt. 5 stars if I have to use the extinguisher and it works as promised.
George S.
Very good quality and exactly what I am looking for.
Visa C.
Just put in our Airstream after the 2021 International. Have not used yet.

Purchased two of these (one for the front, one for the rear). I like the concept. I love that they will not expire. In the event of a small fire, these will suppress and extinguish them, leaving no residue to clean up. However, visitors to our trailer ask what they are and when I tell them, they ask how to use them. They have not seen the videos of these in operation, and are therefore wary of pursuing or using them because they are not at all familiar with them. Many of us are very accustomed to traditional fire extinguishers in their appearance and operation, so it will take education to familiarize most in their operation. While I am now knowledgeable and comfortable with these, it will take quite some time for UL to update their extinguisher requirements for listing and approval of any newer technology extinguisher. Unfortunately, that stymies wider acceptance of newer technologies such as these.

Great replacement from the old style bottles.
Donald S.
Sorry, I don't have an actual use comment. Based off other videos of the item in action, I'm sure it would work in putting out a small fire. I can say that I like the size, the ability to have a couple around and a peace of mind that they don't have an expiration date.
Phillip E.
We ordered 4 of the E50 fire extinguishers. We have one in our Ram truck, one by the door of our Airstream and two in the bedroom of our Airstream one on each side of the bed. We like the compact size as well as the ability of the fire extinguishers. The fact they require zero maintenance and are always ready helped us decide to purchase the E50’s.
ANTHONY G.
If you have a fire in your trailer it is likely to start in the refrigerator area. Most other fire extinguishers only last less than 15 seconds. This will put out the fire and save your trailer. It lasts much longer than standard extinguishers.
Ellen C.
Fits nicely in unused space in the kitchen area. I've been meaning to get an extinguisher for a while and I appreciate the inspiration! Thank you Airstream Life Store!
Brody S.
I don’t want to see my fire extinguisher in action!
