AIR GEAR gladly accepts returns for all merchandise except clearance items, and Sorein products containing batteries.

(Due to Federal restrictions on shipping of lithium batteries, Sorein Power Stations containing batteries and Sorein Extra Batteries are not returnable. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement.)

Returns are accepted as long as the return is initiated within 60 days of the original purchase date, and received in the following condition:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In NEW condition, and
  • In its COMPLETE form (i.e., not missing any pieces or parts)

We offer two refund options:

  1. Store credit in the amount of 100% of the purchase price
  2. Refund to the payment method used to purchase the item, with a 10% re-stocking fee.

We will issue the refund or store credit within 3-4 days of receiving the item back to our store, and confirming that it meets our return policy criteria.

Refunds can only be made to the method of payment used for the original purchase.

Shipping charges for returned items are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded. If you are returning a large or heavy item, you can choose to have us send you a shipping label, because we can typically get a better shipping rate than if you were to contact carriers directly. 

If you choose to use our shipping label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount at the time it is processed.

Packing the return: Please carefully package the item(s) you are returning in a shipping box, preferably the one the item(s) arrived in. If the shipping label is simply adhered to the manufacturer's box and shipped that way, or if the items arrive to our warehouse damaged due to poor packaging, you may not receive the full refund or store credit you have requested.

21-day refund return window: Once a refund is opened with us, you will have 21 days to return the item or the return will be cancelled.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for returned merchandise. Please return the item for a refund in accordance with our return policy, then place a new order for a replacement item.

Incorrect Item Received or Damaged Item

If we shipped you the wrong item, we will replace it at no additional cost – as long as you contact us within 60 days of initial purchase, and the item meets our return criteria. Incorrect Item replacements outside of this window will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

In order to process a damaged item return, we require photos showing the damage to the shipping box/envelope as well as photos showing the damage to the item. This photo documentation allows us to file a claim with the carrier.

Gift Return

We do not offer refunds on items that you did not purchase yourself. But we do offer store credit, which can be used to purchase anything at AIR GEAR.

If you wish to return a gift purchased in our store beyond 60 days from date of purchase, please contact us. Returns beyond the normal window are consider on a case-by-case basis.
